Delivery and Returns Policy

Merchandise may not be returned without consent from Ven-Rez Products customer service. Returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Special order and/or made to order items may not be returned for credit. All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 25% re-handling fee and shipping charges. No merchandise is accepted for return after 90 days from date of invoice.

For your protection all shipments should be carefully inspected by the consignee before acceptance. The delivering carrier should be requested to record on the delivery receipt any damage to goods or cartons at time of delivery. Also any shortages should be noted on the delivery receipt. If further damage is found after delivery, immediate inspection by the delivering carrier must be requested. The delivering carrier must be notified at once of concealed damage. All cartons & merchandise must be held for inspection. Carrier liability ceases after 15 days. Ven-Rez Products will assist our customers at all times to obtain claim settlement, but the consignee must take the necessary steps to obtain the proof of loss and damages.
